Who we are
Redemption Clothing is an independent alternative clothing company based in Scotland, who feel what you wear is more than just clothing, it's an extension of every part of who you are. Each item is hand printed and limited edition as a result, much like our customers, no two items are the same.
Doing our part
Redemption Clothing only use 100% solvent-free, environmentally friendly, soft and durable ink. The water-based ink we use does not include any CFCOs, HCFCOs, volatile solvents or aromatic hydrocarbons and is also Phthalate free. These inks are 100% vegan and use GMO-free vegetable extracts.
Inventory and printing
All products are a limited run, when sold out the design will not be available again, returns for a different size may take longer than we would like to allow time for reprinting.
Due to the nature of screen printing, prints may contain small imperfections, the beauty in this process is no 2 items are the same, each is as unique as the individual wearing them.
Shipping
Any order placed takes 10-14 business days to process and ship out.
International customers please be aware orders may be subject to duty and import tax, we are not responsible for these and this is out of our control.
Redemption Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages, please double check the delivery address provided as we will not refund or replace undelivered items in any of these cases, should you have an issue with the delivery of your item please get in touch with us here and we will assist you.
Washing Instructions
We recommend washing all Redemption Clothing products inside out no higher than 30 degrees to ensure longevity of the print.
Returns
Should an item not fit or you simply change your mind, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for return cost and should you select a replacement you will be charged for it being shipped out. Click here to complete our return form, please note this form must me completed before shipping an item back to us, failure to do so may result in your refund not being processed.
Please note. - This does not apply to event tickets, in the event we: move, cancel or reschedule an event you will be given the option of a refund, no refunds will be given in any other instance.
